These shorts are an absolute win in our book. The material is incredibly breathable and lightweight, allowing for maximum movement without sticking to the skin even during the sweatiest training sessions. I was a little nervous at first about the fit, since our son is on the slimmer side and only 43 pounds we often struggle to find shorts that stay up without being too tight. But these fit him perfectly! The elastic waistband is snug enough to stay in place during intense drills and matches, yet has enough stretch to grow with him which means he’ll be able to wear them for a long time. He will use them for both no-gi jiu-jitsu and wrestling practice, and they will hold up great on and off the mat. The flexibility and durability of these shorts really make them ideal for young athletes training across different disciplines. We couldn’t be happier with the quality and comfort.
