Very good for adults who have some cushion. I had to return a set because they were way too tight. These are comfortable and adjustable. Go for these First, the color is basic but I figure you’re not looking for pretty but safety. They feel durable, they are a little bulky but small enough for me to manage this review wearing the hand guards.

These pads are fantastic, and I should know because it's the 7th set I've purchased this week to try to find some that fit. For the record, I am a woman, and I'm not at all huge, 5' 2", 150 pounds, but for some reason, none of the other knee pads would fit around my thighs. These pads are a great value, they seem like great quality, and most importantly, they fit. The sizing info was totally accurate.
