Mine was broken after 29 days. I tried to return but Amazon would not allow it. I had deal with the seller. They made me send vidoes. You cannot send vidoe through amazon. You can barletyfit video in email. They still did not refund me. I hade to file an A to Z claim and that was a hassel. I would stay away from this because of their horrible customer service. **Q: where can I get a refill in mexico city?** A: We do not have any store locations in or near Mexico City. You can use Sodastream brand cylinders, which are likely the most readily available cylinder brand. They are compatible with the Drinkmate machine. **Q: How do you know when the drinkmate cartridge is empty? just nothing happens in the bottle?** A: when it is near empty, you can tell the the string of CO2 injection into beverage is weak and may not be able to reach the middle. Like propane tank, you may remove it from its connection and shake it, this gives you a few more bottles. **Q: Is the back of the unit holding the CO2 supposed to be loose? Doesn't snap in and falls off with slightest touch.** A: The CO2 cartridge should screw in the back tightly.
