Review: Great value. Upgrade from Steam - Great value. Heated up quickly. I felt sweat trickling down my chest after 10 minutes. Bad points : that folding chair 😂 same as the one I had with the steam sauna : uncomfortable. I made a small bench out of pine, and that fits in here too. Cover it with a small towel. Cover the footpad with a small towel. Get a microfibre gym towel and wrap it around your neck. This will also help to seal the tent and heat better, but after 20 minutes ( I couldn't stand any more! ) you just need to get out, taking these 3 towels with you. Simple clean up. A big upgrade from my faithful steam version, which I had been using for 2 years. Really helps after HIIT training.
