Steering for 3-4 minutes gets rid of any lumps. I usually avoid sweeteners but I cannot down unflavoured whey. Their mixture of whey and sweeteners is on point, not too strong and not too overpowering. Much better than other brands. Price seems on par with market averages. I would suggest offering 5kg / 10kg buckets to further pass on value to their customers.
