We use this product in a test lab, and checking optical power is a routine thing we do hundreds of times a day. This product is simple to use and fast, which is important. We very rarely have to break out the wet cleaning swabs anymore. I just wish it was a bit cheaper. I highly recommend this product.

A: No, this will only work on 2.5mm ferrules. You will need to buy the cleaner for LC and MU connectors, USConec part number 9393.

**Q: Is this a disposable or reusable unit? Can I change out the tape like a Cletop?**
A: It is disposable. The tape is more a thread than a tape.

I got one of these free with registration of a corning UniCam tool. I don't know how we ever got by without them. I turned around and ordered one for every tech in the shop from amazon. A side note got a quote from Fluke and they wanted to charge us 5 times the price for the same tool.
