I never used this product. It too complicated to use for my purposes. i wanted something simple so my mom who is 91 yr young, bed ridden and incontinent would be able to communicate with home-care assistant and her son easier but with 22 channels..it's much to complicated to make is an effective mode of communication. Instead, we settle on baby monitors, that way all she has to do is speak and she's instantly hear elsewhere in the home. This product is probably an effective Two Way radio walkie talkie but the directions were hard to understand and it didn't serve my purpose.

Work great! Kids love them... kids have them in back packs Incase something happens at school they need to be connected.

We can't get it to work

These were constantly picking up neighbors conversations. Very annoying. Returned.

I would love to write a review about how this product works, however, no instructions were included in any box. Nothing about how to use, what channels, etc.

These are junk. They won’t connect with each other or others of the same type or brand. Nearly got injured trying to get the battery compartment opened. DO NOT BUY
