Great cutter good an strong only one thing a bit top heavy so I moved strap to help

After a lot of research and sending back a similar machine I settled for this one mainly because of the weight. It is not light but just about usable when fully extended which is what I needed. It performed well and I have no issues with it other than the blade cover. After several attempts to fit I discarded it and made up another one.

Arrived the day they said it would, easy to assemble, bit heavy if using for a long time, great price any would happily buy the product again.

This is a good product, sturdy and does the job if you can hold it long enough. It is heavy and the strap is of little use. Would be better if it had a handle instead of the foam area, you would then have more control.

Well balanced and easy to use

So we have a long conifer at the back of our garden , this is not ours but the people that live at the back have not botherd cutting it I try to keep it trim on our side but I can't reach the top ! So I ordered this after reading reviews , first had trouble fitting together as the metal did not mesh with the peg ! Then went to plug in and nothing ! Tried with extension cord first nothing then tried without to see if it was that ! But no ! Nop power at all , so disappointed and shall just carry on using a ladder don't waste your money on this !
