I have morton's neuroma in one foot and also need a little arch support in both. The metatarsal support is placed well on the insert and doesn't bulge in the wrong place. The arch support is ample and not too high because too high doesn't work for me. My feet are 8.5 and I bought the 8.5 - 9 size to go into a sneaker that is a size 9. I use them in sports shoes for pickleball and tennis, and have experienced much comfort, and less fatigue after long sessions of play. The arch is pronounced, may feel uncomfortable at first, but stay with them and I believe you feel find your feet will feel much better than with the stock insole.
