Technically the BCDC can be used on either one, two or three batteries - we normally ensure that the amount of AH the unit is trying to charge isn't too large for it (eg around 200AH maximum). So yes the wire size chart is still applicable no matter how batteries you wire on the output side of the charger, just go by the length of the cable runs instead. We hope that's helpful!
