Review: BEWARE !!!! - This product is basically acidic vinegar- so when you apply a lacquer over the top it cracks the water based lacquer. I have sanded it down by 1mm and it still cracks the lacquer. This has ruined my parquet floor and created hours of stress. I am yet to find a solution. I sanded the whole floor- treated the black spots- and then lacquered- all took me four days. Came down the next morning and all the areas i had used this product the lacquer has blistered. I then re-sanded- did a trial and the spots still cause the lacquer to react. This product has cost me four days work with two people working- I would be ashamed if I created thsi product...no warnings anywhere on the website or packaging. BEWARE!!!
Review: Brillant - Was sceptical at first given mixed reviews. But was proven wrong with a great results. Had some significant black marks on our wooden floor. Left the product about an hour. Marks came out but wood was a little discoloured in those areas. Put some product again to homogenise and it did wonders. Expensive but did the trick for me!

**Q: Is it suitable for a stain that has been on there for a long while?**
A: This will remove older stains but may require a couple of treatments, this stuff is excellent and removes tannin marks superbly. Remember this product is only suitable for bare wood, waxed or oiled finishes, DO NOT use this with laquered or french polished furniture.

**Q: Does this work on exterior oak posts ? Thanks**
A: Hi,

It is suitable for oak surfaces therefore should be fine, however you can check the Woca website directly or contact them to confirm.

**Q: Will this work on dark marks on oiled solid walnut worktops as a lot of the descriptions just mention oak**
A: only used it on oak, but is was heavily oiled

**Q: Are the tannin spot “neutraliser” and “remover” the same product? I see 2 different listings?**
A: They are not the same product:
The Tannin Neutraliser, Neutralises discolouration in oak caused my moisture reacting with the Tannins.

The Spot Remover Woca Spot dissolves grease, blood, coffee, tea etc.

Didn't do anything to remove black water stains, even after several rounds. Not worth the money.
