I am grateful for the author, thank you ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Encouragement & wisdom in this book *by K***R on November 22, 2024* While this is not my path at the present time, the information does fit in with my current practices which include the study of Druidry and also working with humming and toning (Jonathan Goldman books). The reason I bought this book was to look for information on handling Kundalini syndrome and I did find the information useful.
