Get a friend ready to measure you (if you measure yourself, you may lean over and skew the measurement!) 2. Wearing your normal shoes, stand facing forward with feet shoulder width apart. 3. With your arms held naturally at your sides, measure from the floor to your wristbone. This measurement is the one you need for the handle height of your walking stick.

Review: Recommended - This stick is medical grade as supplied to NHS, very strong and made in U.K. I have been using mine for a few weeks now and it has been very good indeed. The thing I like most is it gives me confidence; The stick is very solid in use and I really like the large rubber tip which is actually quite soft and flexes slightly as you put the stick down giving a very good grip on all surfaces. The handle is quite smooth, presumably for ease of cleaning, but comfortable enough and is actually quite handy for pressing the disabled button to open doors. Adjustment is simple via the two side buttons and I often collapse my stick when in the car to save space and stop it getting in the way of things and it only takes a second to extend it again when leaving the car. All in all a bargain at the price.
