I initially purchased slipcovered parsons chairs from World Market (Anna model) but they literally took hours to assemble and one was damaged. I decided to try these chairs instead despite reservations given their price. I was pleasantly surprised when they were delivered fully assembled in great condition (amazing packing job). They seem sturdy and are relatively comfortable.Note: The backs of the chairs are low and look a little diminutive at the table but the back height is not uncomfortable. Also, the slipcovers are loose fitting - not tailored - but that seems to be a deliberate style as opposed to poor workmanship.I paid $120 for a set of four. Not sure why they were selling at such a deep discount, but I'm delighted with them. The chairs are well-made of real wood and are solid and sturdy. The slipcovers are a material that is soft and feels nice, but is also thick and durable and must resist wrinkles, because it came out of the box looking pristine. Very comfortable padding on the chairs too. These are the nicest dining chairs I've owned and I paid less for them than any of the others. I have bought several pieces of Flamant furniture and so far they have all been incredible deals. Very happy with these chairs! Very well made, solid wood. Very stout and sturdy. The fabric is amazing in texture, quality and color. I could not be happier with a brand of furniture than I am with this brand. We bought many items from the brand and just love all of it. All items are very solid and extremely well made with care and attention to detail.
