Love the product deffenitly does its job! But extreamly disappointed when I got it out of the box one of the heat heads was broke. That was the main feature I wanted. Willing to change my review. If this can be fixed

What happened to quality
It turned on when I plugged it in. This is the only positive remark its poor quality, very light and basically an inferior product. It very typical of what you often receive today after they have engineered all the quality out of the product. Its a vibrator that meets all the minimum standards and its not good enough to get the job done..
