I received the faucet and didn't install it for a few months but loved it so much when I did, couldn't stop telling my friends how much I used it. After about six months one of the valves developed a leak and the second followed suit a few months after that. I was worried I'd have to replace the whole thing but took a chance and emailed the seller about it to see what could be done. In just a few days I had two replacement valves delivered, no questions asked. Took five minutes with a wrench to swap them out and no more drips and I can enjoy my favorite appliance again with no worries.
