Lastly, while the manufacturer of this product recommends that you take two scoops two or three times per day, I believe taking one scoop daily is sufficient for most people; body builders may want to take 2 scoops daily.

I was diagnosed with L Glutamine deficiency while visiting daughter in Frisco, TX. She gave me a canister of L Glutamine and I'm in my third week of taking daily doses. The most notable benefit is the elimination of muscle pain in both hips. As I understand it as we grow older our bodies stop producing L Glutamine and therefore this supplement aids in muscle maintenance.
