We have gone through many in the past but they are configured to work with their grills so we have to spend the extra on these regulators to make the grill work. The grill is a great grill....all stainless has been pulled into the water by an otter while it was drying out from a good cleaning and we have never had issues with the grill but the regulator is tempermental at times and will not put out alot of fuel which makes grilling a little slow at times.
