We don't have any special requirements of a filter such as allergy relief or pet hair but we do get quite a bit of dust here in So. Arizona. The filter worked admirably for us and I am back here ordering more. Summer is the only season that we really work out our HVAC so while other's may have different results, this filter worked exceptionally well for our circumstances. Good filtration with long life at a very reasonable price.
