Money well spent it is well made and looks durable. Asphalt shingles on the roof means it will be waterproof and retain heat. The maintenance man said it was easy to put together.

Easy to assemble. The thickness of the boards make me question if they are actually insulated. The house stays dry and our little feral moved in within 30 minutes of assembling. There are small gaps in the floor so we added a barrier to keep the wind out.
