Period. *by C***D on Reviewed in the United States on October 24, 2018* I've owned this product about 9 months, at first it worked fine. I knew I was taking a risk with a lesser known brand, I got what I paid for. The install was easy enough, the product has a nice look and feel. However the internals clearly reflect poor quality. The keypad is hit or miss and then outright stopped working for no reason. Now this is only a normal key deadbolt. I called their customer service and while the rep was really nice, there was not much they could do. The rep said the only thing I can do is return the product for repair. Well, that's a problem because I will not have a lock on my door for 4-6 weeks, So I called Amazon and they made it right, even after the return period expired. This is why I buy from Amazon.This thing is going back to Amazon (assuming they put in the trash) and replacing with a more well known brand name.Save yourself a hassle, pay a little more for a better product. Two stars because it looks nice. Had difficulty installing it to where the bolt would become stuck and I had to take apart the whole thing to unlock it. Called customer support and sat on the line forever, eventually hung up and reached out via their email support. 3 days later and I got a reply to follow this other email thing with a picture of proof of purchase before they would even help. I figured it out on my own... lock works about 80% of the time. The other times it feels like it's spring loaded and you can't lock/unlock it with the deadbolt switch. I can get it to work by messing with the keypad though. The description makes it seem like it's keyless entry with your phone/Bluetooth. This is also deceptive as the app is worthless. You can't even assign temporary codes without the other person downloading the app and registering. I will probably not waste my money on any turbolock products in the future and would encourage you to save your money on this.
