Thanks a ton. Don’t waste your time with this worthless product. If I could give it a zero star review I would. Most disappointing product I have ever purchased on Amazon. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Not Worth The Trouble *by N***S on Reviewed in the United States on January 17, 2019* These pads did reduce shin bang, but removal was problematic. One side contains an adhesive to stick to your sock, but unfortunately this adhesive is very hard to remove after use. If you don't end up ripping your socks or thermals in the process of removing the pad, you will be spending a considerable amount of time peeling the sticky substance from your clothes. Despite spending more than 20 minutes, I could not get off all of the residue.
