Normally, these would insert to the bulb but they are much bigger than the hole, so good luck trying to insert into a bulb full of water! These are also seen on the end of the long nozzle in the advert, but sizes don't match. Guessing you'd have to clip off the end of the long nozzle? Who knows - no instructions included.Next is another length of hose with a threaded end. I can only assume this is for attaching to another douche system (say a shower system???) Again, who knows.Not my first time with an enema bulb so this should have been an easy replacement piece, but it's a jumbled mess.
