Bends south less than 2'. I begins to sag followed by coiling on its own. I now have to try again with a 1/4" thick tape. If your pulling wire you use black electrical tape to wrap it. **Q: Is the 25' version suitable for fishing wires through walls & ceilings? (Not running in conduit)** A: Sure. As long as you are above top stud and dropping to device in wall. Not so easy to go between studs along wall. Your request is rather devoid of information to cover all scenarios. **Q: Can this go through insulation?** A: Sure.
