Removes the most impurities with a proper reverse osmosis system and the 7 stage filter is the best you'll find. I live in an apartment and couldn't drill into my countertop for an under sink system, so this is ideal for me. If you drink tea, the 185F-203F options are ideal for your variety of tea choices. My unit stopped working after the 1 year warranty due to a tank sensor issue. I contacted Waterdrop Customer Support and Robbie got me a brand new unit with new filters for the cost of 1 filter! They obviously stand behind their products over there, so they gave me a new 1 year warranty with the unit!
