He says they are a bit snug, but light and comfortable. He did notice a relief of pain in his heels, so I'm assuming the little air heel does help some. He said they are very good when walking on wet tile as not to slip. I wanted a good pair of solid shoes with a non-slip sole since slipping while using power tools is generally a bad idea. That is exactly what I got with these. They are a nice leather top with a rubber anti-skid sole. Very easy to put on and have a good velcro closure that keeps them on. They provide good support and stability and are pretty comfortable to wear. I got them in size 12 and if I have any complaints about them it is that they feel as if they may be a half size too big. They fit but to me personally they feel just a little sloppy. I'm not unhappy about that simply because my feet will end up filling them eventually but thought I should make everyone aware of that point.
