It didn’t really have any detection or anything like that, but the sound came through clear. Only reason I don’t have it anymore is because the main monitors battery exploded. Thankfully, no damage was done and no fire was started. I did keep it plugged in all the time, and never really moved it. Maybe that’s what caused it to bust. After losing it recently, I decided to replace it with what looked like an updated version. The screen looks more modern, and the overall design is cleaner, which gave me hope that it would be an upgrade. Unfortunately, after using it for just over a week, I’ve realized that the new version is unreliable. Almost every morning, and sometimes even during the night, the video feed freezes.
