She needs good support in her shoes so that she can avoid pain that comes with running and jumping and being very active. Its time for new sneakers for the new school year and we've tried on over 50 pairs- both boy and girls sneakers- and none work for her feet. I've tried several insoles and they don't work for her. As a last resort, I found and ordered these Arch insoles which are made of firm foam. I chose these b/c of reviews posted (in many forums other than Amazon) and because there were no shipping costs (as a Prime I don't like to pay shipping). Once received, we went back to the store and tried three of her favorite sneakers crossing our fingers these inserts worked. The did! What a relief. We bought high tops for basketball and running sneakers for gym. They did increase her shoe size by .5 so it was good that we had the arches in hand when trying on the sneakers.
