Effective for my son, Great ingredients & taste
We love these gummies. My son loves the taste, and won’t go to bed without them. I love the ingredients having no melatonin, low to no sugar content, and having vegetable dye instead of artificial food coloring. I believe they are effective for him. We even give him one gummy before school (serving is 2) to help keep him calm and focused.

Kids love them
My kiddos love the taste and eat these happily every night. While they are not a magic bullet for calm and sleep, we do notice a difference on the nights they don't take them, especially with my 9 year old who has a particularly hard time settling before bed.

They taste great and they work.
This has been the only thing that has helped my 9 year old fall asleep and stay asleep.I have started taking them as well and they help significantly. They taste great too. Highly recommend.

Opposite effect
I’ve used other brands of magnesium for my daughter on the spectrum to help settle her and this by far was the worst one. Tried it for 3 nights in a row and instead of calming her it kept her up and it resulted it a meltdown. Will probably go back to Mary Ruth’s.

Perfect Nighttime Chews for the Boys
Give most nights (that we remember) and I really feel it helps my boys to calm down, relax, full asleep faster & stay asleep. Not to mention wake more rested. No daytime grogginess noted.
