Clear and easy to understand, huge variations, some never heard of. I'm English and am curious of the English salty vinegar fries, no one is keen on trying but they are going to none the less. Tends to be chips here and with malt vinegar, never been anywhere in the country where they soak them in white vinegar mix, but maybe been missing something ( don't think so somehow).
