Are the cardboard letters one inch high or a meter? That makes a huge difference. How tight you wrap the yarn makes a difference too. There is no good way to say for sure except to do it. The fibres remain loose. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Interesting yarn colours great difficult to use *by E***S on 11 April 2021* I'm dropping one star as it's so difficult to work and I would not recommend for a beginner This is a difficult yarn to knit in that it can split on the needle if you're not paying attention. Giving ugly loops sticking out. If you make a mistake and have to undo a row or two as I did you'll find the yarn clings to itself however patience and perseverance and it was sorted. I am currently working on a scarf for my partner with this yarn and if you use a relatively simple textured stitch (I wouldn't like to try cable stitches!!) and biggish needles 6mm It comes out well. The colour changes are lovely I'm now looking for more of this yarn type for other projects but I'll keep it simple and steer away from using it on double pointed needles as I'm not totally experienced with them. I do think a bit of horses for courses is required I also downloaded the pattern from the Lion web page. So I'm knitting a pattern designed for the wool The patterns all seem to be free so a good source of ideas. I have enclosed a photo of my work in progress.
