As long as the sensor senses there is water to pump out, you want it to keep pumping. Getting a bunch of leaves around or in it thankfully hasn’t stopped it from pumping out water. **Q: What is the weight of the product asin bo78jy3p8h ?** A: Not very heavy at all!! Does the manufacturer just not understand that this pump will NOT provide the necessary water removal necessary to keep a pool cover from damage?
