It worked OK sitting quietly on a desk but it wasn't as snug a fit into the Chromebook as I would have liked. It fell out easily by simply moving around. Then I dropped the Chromebook for a 2nd time and the piece that plugged into the Chromebook broke again so I had to get another AC adapter. I chose this one because the price was good and it was a different manufacturer, hoping it would be a more snug fit, and it was noticeably better.
