We used it for a more natural backing on our ball python tank. This is literally just bark cut from the tree. You can tell it’s been somewhat molded down, but it still comes with a bend. It is easily straightened out though by placing some pavers or heavy things on top of it for a day or two. They may crack in one or two spots, but it still looks good. It was the perfect size to lay 3 vertically across our 3 foot wide tank. Perfect!! I will say that you will need a pretty good amount of silicone to get it on there good, and rest some heavy things on it for 24hours to get it to seal well.
