These so far have not stretched out like his regular Hanes ones have. The Hanes got so lax we’ve had to throw some pairs away. So far so good with the bamboo cool. **Q: What is the inseam length? 6"? 9"?** A: My husband has never really measured it, but it looks to be around 6". They aren't very long. Hope this helps. **Q: are these 100% cotton?** A: No they are made from Bamboo. Much softer and more comfortable than cotton. **Q: Do these prevent chaffing?** A: I usually use a bit of baby powder on hot days but recently with these I haven’t had any issues. No rolling, no falling waist band and I wash these with the rest of my laundry and air dry.
