I loved the concept, size and simplicity with the design. USB C, the slim factor, etc. Well made anodized with smooth rounded corners. For my Google pixel 8 with a magsafe case.The wireless charger never fully worked. It would get hot and the charging stopped. A wire cable could then continue charging.More recently, the recharging failed only showing a flashing light. USB-A low power or fast charging USB-C both fail retiring different flashing sequences.I can't find any online manual or customer support so I leave this 1 star review. Great design, poor implementation.Update: the customer service contacted me because of my low review. They offered and delivered a full refund without much hassle. I've increased to 4 stars because it wasn't a 5 star product experience.
