Didn't quite snatch my waist and tummy, but it wasn't horrible either. This is the first time in a long time that I've worn a body shaper, so it was pretty uncomfortable. With that being said, I probably wouldn't wear it every day. It is very soft and the part under your bottom stays in place. It digs in a little under the breast and shoulders. Nothing that can't be adjusted.
