I like that some come with companion characters. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Conversation starter with kids *by A***Y on January 26, 2024* This book is part of a set and I love that each one opens lots of opportunities to chat with and guide our kids. When invited to the classroom to read to a group of second graders, we chose this book and were able to engage the kids throughout by referencing the pictures and asking them to think of different "chances" they've had. I brought up topics of fear, bullying, courage, excitement...it's really a nicely written book with pretty illustrations that I think would work well for kids 5-8 years.
