The colors are really pretty pastels. I wanted a light pastel pink, and this does not have it, as pictured in the photos. But the pastel yellow, mint, purple, and darker pink are really pretty. The color that looks like light pastel pink is really a white with a pink hue. The tannish color is pretty, it has some shimmer in it. Even though the pink color is not what I wanted but the set is very pretty and I'm glad I bought it.
