Sigh. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very effective for stress reduction *by I***D on February 6, 2019* I have been taking this product about 3 weeks now. I have severe anxiety and I thought I would try this as an alternative to increasing the dose of my other medicines. It's been very helpful. I have a general sense of calm that would have been foreign to me before. I usually just take 600 mg (one capsule at bedtime) but if I'm particularly stressed I'll take 1200 mg. The only negative side effect I have noticed is that it does cause some drowsiness, so I would recommend taking it at bedtime. I did a some research before choosing this ashwagandha supplement and found this one to be the best choice because it is ksm-66 which is the type of ashwagandha that has been used in research. It also has black pepper for increased absorption and it is 3rd party lab tested so you can be assured it contains what it says it does without having to worry about contaminants like heavy metals. Update: I had little appetite while taking this supplement and puked one or two times a week. I didn't initially connect it to the ashwagandha but these are both side effects associated with it. I still think it's a good product but just not for me.
