I was a little wary about the 2X size, so I contacted the company to have it customized according to my measurements. I was surprised that there was no extra charge for the customization! Margaret was the person that I communicated with by email. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I did pay the expedited shipping fee to ensure that I would receive it early incase it needed any alterations. It arrived in 2 weeks! This dress is made with high quality material and exceeded my expectations. This style is perfect for a larger woman because the waist is higher and the skirt is flowing. It is a sleeveless dress that is slightly off the shoulder and the back is a "V" shape. The attached lacy sheer cape does cover that area, but I may wear a low back, strapless bra under it. I'm sure I would have paid much more for this beautiful dress in a bridal shop.
