Save your money, mine didn't last a week before the head cracked. **Q: Does anyone have a suggestion on removing the plastic tag without breaking the ratchet or a finger???** A: Cut the small plastic cross-member over the center (it says "cut" on it in small lettering). Then push the socket release button on the back of the ratchet and pry the plastic cover off with a screw driver inserted below the plastic to pry it off (while the release button is depressed). I think it should just pull off once you press the release button, but it is sticky so can require a screw driver to pry it up (or pliers to pull it off). **Q: Neiko tools support: what is the warranty on this product?** A: Only 30 days **Q: Is it as long as a breaker bar** A: Its longer than my 1/2 inch breaker bar i was using to break lugnuts free.
