    Best Yoga mat I have ever used.

I have practiced Yoga for 8+ years now and I am currently training to be a teacher.This mat is beautifully soft, great for practicing Ashtanga as you have much more movement than using a sticky mat so its really great at the start of a class when building heat in your sun salutes. Would recommend to anyone who is aiming to build strength, as you need to use all your muscles in order to prevent slippage - wouldn't say this mat is slippy though, just much more movement.You can also wash it thoroughly! Sticky rubber mats can be so dirty and impossible to thoroughly clean!Very light too.

Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden mit dieser Yogamatte! Man hat ein angenehmes Gefühl an den Füßen und Händen, optisch ist sie ein Hingucker und beim Schwitzen kein Rutschen mehr. Ich hatte bisher immer eine normale Yogamatte auf der ich aber rutschte, dann extra ein Microfasertuch für darüber gekauft. Darauf rutschte ich allerdings auch schnell wieder. Jetzt habe ich endlich eine gefunden, die auch bei dynamischen Stilen (Ashtanga) und viel Schwitzen festen Stand verspricht. Dazu noch eine sehr schnelle Lieferung. Am besten wäre noch eine Plastikfreie Verpackung. Ansonsten Top und sehr zu empfehlen!
