It arrived in a large box and was well packaged .The leaves were tied together and very straight , ready to be arranged as you require .I used my thumb and forefinger to slightly bend the fronds on the leaves for a more realistic effect . It will be helpful to be advised where to buy a planter of exact same size, so I could replace the broken one.Had to downgrade from 3 to 1 stars... Trying to plant it in a different pot, the cement base the palm was planted into fell apart. I hardly managed to keep it altogether.
