It's not sticky, absorbs quickly once rubbed in, and the effect lasts awhile. I'm someone with "sticky" cuticles and this has helped with daily use, without sacrificing my gel manicures. I strongly suggest the manufacturer switch to a darker bottle to stop the oils from denaturing over time, though.
