It fits perfectly. The size is just right to get into hard-to-reach places that the standard rectangular brush is too big for. The bristles stand up stiffly when vacuuming and do not curl under blocking the intake opening like some horse-hair-only brushes. You don’t lose any hose cross-sectional area with this brush. The I.D. at the brush mouth is about 1.65 inches. The body is made from firm, but not hard plastic so scraping or denting furniture is not a problem.
