They didn’t have the original one available, but they were willing to send a different one, which is fine. Regarding the seat not going down, that appeared to be a problem at first. I looked at it a bit closer and it definitely should be able to go all the way down. I man handled it and was able to lower the seat the rest of the way. It’s a good bike for the price and extremely cute. We had no problems with assembly. There are holes in the handle bars for streamers. We got it for my daughter as a Christmas present and she loves it. It’s a cute color, and we love the little doll holder in the front. She’s 3 and got the hang of it pretty quick.
