Thankfully I have wood glue and was able to fix it. Also the diameter of the cup holders are on the small size so I could only use small travel mugs. Now for the positives. It was super easy to install and sturdy enough to keep the tray in place. While recovering from major surgery I was able to use it to carry things like a full plate of food or a stack of folded laundry making putting them away a breeze. I also appreciate that the tray folds for easy storage.
