Used for my hamstring and it was comfortable to place under my leg and great for the pain relief. Easy to fold in half. Easy to freeze and doesn’t take too long. The stitching is of good quality. Stability? Only thing i note is the material is a bit more rigid than others i’ve had and I’m noticing wear in places from when it is folded although i would imagine it will likely last the life of the product without leak.
