I compared the the blue medium I gave her and the white soft I got myself and they are very close to the same density, but…. I did notice that the soft one does break in more over time because it did feel just as dense medium one. But if you want a little softer (still not much softer) just use it and give it a little time, because it does get a little softer compered to medium one over time. I would have got the medium again but the white soft was only $20! I’m still happy with it and don’t notice much of a difference to care. But if the medium was $20 I would go for that just because I would assume it would last longer since it’s a little denser, otherwise, the soft should be perfect unless you need very firm and are above 230lbs (estimate as I’m 6’1 and 200lbs).
